Education Settings
Building Confident Practice Across Education Settings
We work alongside early years settings, schools, colleges, and education settings to create environments where every child and young person feels safe, understood, and ready to learn. We recognise the increasing pressures facing education staff and the complexity of need within classrooms and nurseries today. Our relational, trauma-informed approach supports staff to better understand behaviour, reduce exclusions, and build inclusive cultures where wellbeing and attainment go hand in hand.
Our training moves beyond theory, offering practical, evidence-informed strategies that can be embedded into everyday practice, pastoral systems, and whole-setting policy. We support senior leaders, teachers, early years practitioners, support staff, and pastoral teams to develop shared language, consistent responses, and confident approaches to regulation, communication, and connection.
A key element of our work is a play-based relational approach. We explore how playfulness, creativity, and attuned interactions can lower anxiety, reduce defensiveness, and strengthen trust — particularly for children who struggle with emotional regulation or engagement. Staff gain practical tools to use connection as a foundation for learning, rather than relying solely on behaviour management systems.
We are also able to offer the Massage in Schools Programme (MISP) through the Massage in Schools Association Scotland. This evidence-informed programme supports calm, concentration, peer connection, and emotional regulation through structured peer massage routines delivered safely within the school day.
Through training, coaching, and whole-setting development, we help education communities — from nurseries to secondary schools — embed compassionate, consistent practice that supports staff wellbeing, pupil engagement, and sustainable long-term improvement.
